Jill Morrow-Gorton MD, MBA, is an associate professor in the University of Massachusetts Medical School Departments of Pediatricsand Family and Community Medicine. As a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, she works with people with disabilitiesand mental health disorders. As a State Medical Director in Pennsylvania, she participated in disability disaster planning with theDepartment of Health. She has also served as Medicaid Medical Director and LTSS clinical lead in Massachusetts. She has experiencein clinical teaching and research in disabilities, quality evaluation and improvement activities, development of a toolkit for assessingemergency plans in community health centers, and hospital disaster planning.
