Dr. D.K. Tuli earned his PhD in synthetic organic chemistry in 1977 and did his post-doctoral research at the University of Liverpool in 1978-81 and was a SERC senior research fellow at Robert Robinson labs, UK, from 1986-88. He supervised as Executive Director of the Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development centre, Faridabad, India. He headed alternative energy R&D in IOC comprising areas of biofuels and bio-energy and solar energy for 12 years and has 14 US patents, 2 European patents,
