Dr Emma Jeanes is a senior lecturer at the University of Exeter, and teaches and researches within the field of organizational behaviour (OB). She has published widely on OB with a focus on gender, leadership, ethics and creativity, including contributing to a CIPD OB textbook. She is currently working on an ESRC-funded project on women's leadership training and a GW4 funded project on pay inequality.
