Boudewijn de Bruin is professor at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He studied mathematics and philosophy and obtained his PhD from the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation at the University of Amsterdam. He has held visiting positions at Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge, where he is Life Member of Clare Hall. He is the recipient of various grants from the Dutch Research Council, and is the author of Ethics and the Global Financial Crisis: Why Incompetence is Worse than Greed (Cambridge University Press, 2015).
